Internal meeting:
Pandemic price with remote scribing on Zoom: 25% off = $1650
Prep and post days are the same rate: $1650
What you get: 18 years of experience, 2 calls prior to the session, tech tests, live capture of all content desired, documents in PDF/ JEPG, priority on booking if there is a monthly session. Post session follow up.
Standard business model creation are $3000 (Ask me what "Standard" means)
Regular prices (physical attendance)
One day: $2200 (from 8 am to 5.00 pm)
Included:
- 18 years of experience
- 1 hour skype call before the event.
- Graphic facilitation, makers.
- Electronic version of the graphic elements created by Stephanie Corne
Not included: Foam core. Lodging cost if outside of NYC, transportation such as taxis train and plane tickets. Meals and extra art material.
If the event lasts two days, the cleaning of the graphic elements happens during one day of post production at the same rate ($2200). Prep and post days are also $2200.
If the event is only for one day, the electronic versions of the graphic elements are included in the day rate.
Two days + one day of post production: $6600 with electronic version of the graphic elements created by Stephanie Corne.

If the event lasts longer than 5.30pm, a half day rate is added.
If a session is from 9am to 1pm, it will be priced as a day rate.
I highly encourage to invest in a day of preparation for summit events. It creates memorable events and adds to the "Wow" effect your client will experience. If your graphic facilitator is given the opportunity to dress the room of your event the day before, it fosters your participants own innovative side. I can talk to you about why from experience over the phone if you would like.
Business model creation:
Price to be determined by scale and style of the project and based on a $3000 day rate.
Price may vary and be calculated based on the nature and frequency of work needed. Packages are available.
